As a Philadelphian who actually follows baseball and not just sports radio talk about baseball, I much preferred Machado to Harper. No one here was excited about the prospect of getting Machado. All they talked about was how “lazy” he is(?). There was no talk about Harper’s lazy, terrible defense.
