I mean, that’s all well and good and a great feature, but the problem with these things is that their rollout is always so slow that by the time my phone gets them I’ve totally forgotten about the new feature and it’s months before I end up finding it on my own.

Just as unbelievable, I saw someone at a Turd rally with a “Latinos for Trump” sign... There has to be some kind of self-loathing involved, right? I mean, he started out his campaign by saying that Mexicans are all rapists.

...Then again, looking at him & his cronies, he seems to be pro-rapist, so maybe what normals

Yep, definitely a guard stance w/ auto-counter. Switching stances involves an animation that takes about a full second to perform and if any of the enemies interrupts it you get dropped back into the default stance. The only time I’ve had the counter fail is if the attacker moves fast enough during the attack that

That’s true, I had forgotten about that. It probably would have worked great because of it.

How does the parry materia really work? I just got it but when reading the description I felt like the materia slot would be better used for just about anything else.

Braver? It hits hard but it's basically my least favorite of his attacks because it misses almost every time because it takes so long to build up. I used the triple slash because it deploys so quickly, Cloud automatically lines up the attack and it took out those stupid lightning drones in two shots (three of them at

Using fira against the lightning drones he set out is a mistake. Use the triple slash skill - you can knock three of them out in one go. Further, it should be your go-to attack for guys like these because it’s fast and doesn’t require a windup like most of Clouds other skills.

The ‘parry’ he’s talking about really isn’t a parry and it’s not useful in most fights. It will block and auto counter most attacks but it also won’t block anything but melee attacks. Against guys that move fast and dodge/block as part of their skill set it’s basically essential, but they also trip you up by adding

To me, normal feels like it has too many weird difficulty spikes. Bosses can be hard, that’s expected, but one minute you’re wiping the floor with some Shinra goons and the next minute you get your butt handed to you by some random mutant frogs.

That’s true... if FFVII was your last or one of the last games you played, jumping into normal mode of this one would feel more than a little nuts. Of course, my solution back in the day was to double back, grind 5-10 levels, maybe buy that nice sword I wasn’t able to afford and then come back to the fight I couldn’t

To add to what SomeGuy420 said, creative mode does indeed give you access to everything right off the bat. It really depends on what you want to do. If all you want to do is make giant, awesome bases without having to stop to laser rocks all the time, then creative mode is for you. If you want the challenge of

I think I can count on my hand how many games I’ve played that used that touch pad for something other than a giant select button. There would be literally 0 value lost if they converted it to a regular button. For goodness sake, even most first party games use it as a giant map button.

Yeah, I don’t remember what movie it was, but I watched one not that long ago where the biggest surprise of the movie was in the original trailer. I remember turning to my wife afterwards and saying “that movie would have been a lot more fun if they hadn’t spoiled it in the very first trailer”

Yeah agreed on all points. There have already been many jokes about moving to Madagascar in my circle of friends. And on the last point, I read somewhere recently about clubs in Berlin being open and had resulted in at least 26 direct cases in a couple of nights. Ah, here it is:

Honestly, how hard it is to win the game is comforting to me. If you get detected early on, odds are really against humanity being wiped out before a cure is made. The key to winning is usually a matter of spreading the disease to a vast majority of the population before it’s even detected and border

Well there is a science denial scenario in the game as of right now, so probably not out of the world of possibility for this totally hypothetical situation you’re speaking of.

/s hypothetically.

Doesn’t help that they almost never actually achieve the resolution they claim to be able to achieve. PS3 promised HD graphics! But in reality even the stock ps4 often had games upscaled to 1080. The the ps4 pro comes along and they promise 4k. Yeah, technically it can spit out a 4k picture, but in reality it’s 1080

Yep, after they lost so many exclusives and suffered because of timed dlc releases and such during the PS3 generation they really learned their lesson. I find it bizarre that MS seemed to completely forget what made them strong for the 360 and completely throw out games for the One generation.

They download fast for you??? I have a half gig internet connection and updates usually take a few hours to download if they're any larger than a few hundred megabytes. They always seem to hit whenever I only have a few minutes to play a game before I have to do something or go somewhere, so when it happens it

I think I saw somewhere say that every time they release one of those big updates, they shoot up the steam sales charts
