Horror films actively bore me. I find them trite and predictable, and very much not scary. The only reaction it gets from me is from the torture porn flicks like Saw... then I’m bored and disgusted.

Beyond the portability of it, I’d say it’s because the other console makers have entirely forgotten the notion of playing games with people in the same room with you - in their minds, no one has friends outside the internet.
It’s really amazing how cheap beach front property is when there’s a quintillion beaches out there.
I’ve been in the game since launch, and while I always enjoyed it,* I’m quite frankly really impressed with how much the game has grown and changed since then.
I really hope this doesn’t mean that there is yet another galaxy reset coming with this update.
Another thing that makes me feel this way is the way that the first major mission you partake when you leave the tutorial island and the choice you make there.
“is there another goat...?”
Yeah, you really captured how I felt about that moment. Yeah, you get a mention here and there that it happened, but why make a point of saying you can go back when nothing happens? Kassandra doesn’t even comment on it if you do go back. It would have been a cool thing for there to be something there. Even if it’s a…
More like Jigsaw’s mark looks like them. They’re based off of masks used in Ancient Greek theater - plays, that is.
...Honestly, I assumed it was a typo.
Sure, I’d love to promote the guy that clocked a 60 hour week playing on facebook when he wasn’t actively breaking things over the guy that got a ton of stuff done but worked a 47 hour week - the extra 7 being the hours he spend fixing the crap the 60 hour guy broke.
Somehow, I don’t think mind would either. Weird, isn’t it?
Oh man, the language thing. I’m amused that they called it an ‘immersion’ setting, but as soon as I turned it on I found that Lara would still speak in English and they’d reply in Spanish... I mean, wtf? No one does that in real life. If I understand English and someone speaks to me in English, I reply... in English! I…
Same here. In Tomb Raider games, combat always felt like an annoying interruption of my exploration and puzzle solving, especially the encounters where you’re forced out of stealth by default. At least to me, stealth sections always feel like puzzles as well, so I don’t mind them as much.
It hasn’t. Stats show that violent crime is down (at least in the U.S., I haven’t looked at global numbers) since the 80's, and continues to fall. Sure, there are aberrations and specific places that get bad, but overall the US is safer than it’s ever been.
He also said he’s never done drugs, which he claims has further aided his reflexes
So much this. How many times do you take down some thugs and hear Spider-Man say that he needs to get out of there before the cops come? Or that red and blue lights means it’s time for him to go?
Yeah I gave up on keepass ages ago for much the same reasons... although there are keepass android apps they always felt very limited and the best one I could find felt like it hadn’t been updated in years.
Yep, my credit union uses these stupid security questions thing. I have always hated it, and a while ago I started doing basically this. I store the question in LastPass, then generate a 50 character string random stuff and use that as the answer. Boom, no more security question that can be bypassed with a little…
You really don’t seem that crazy... more like very sane.
