I’ve always considered Aveline from AC3 Liberation to be the first playable female assassin. It was included with the AC3 remaster which was nice. I’m wondering if that game is viewed more as a spinoff or side story compared to the other mainline titles.

Yeah I played a minute of NMH1 in handheld mode and they map the motion prompts to the joysticks. I thought that’d not be as engaging, but the little bit I played so far was kinda fun. Think I’ll still dock it and go with the joycons for extended play though.

Seriously. I’d been getting the itch to try the original two NMH for the past few months since I bounced off the first pretty quickly in the Wii days, and there’s no good way to play them otherwise, so this is pretty great.

The purpose of buying on disc was phased out almost entirely a few years ago... everyones going digital, systems nowadays take the same amount of space to install the disc content as if you bought it digitally (its why i stopped buying discs on xbox one), and the game will be inferior (and sometimes almost unplayable) …

The first game I played that created an abusive scenario for me was Black Desert Online. I played the game for years, was highly competitive, and honestly enjoyed it for most of the time. But then things started changing as the devs went back on the promises, starting killing pking and pvp, creating daily log-in…
