That’s just a different category, dude. Any% has specific rules, and what you’re looking for is the Glitchless category. Don’t look for a marathon in the 100m sprint.

LOL. I scrolled down to see how long it took to find someone saying they didn’t see Any% as a valid speed run.
It’s like, if I had the beat Ganon when I was seven these asshole should too! Rawr! I can’t do what they do but I’m gonna *telll them* how to play!
You know what takes REAL skill? Playing the game normally!
“I can’t believe we got another “sword guy”! I wanted Dante! (another “sword guy”)“
Cheating on someone dealing with depression sounds like a great way to make things massively worse and terrible.
Oh good, another slightly disappointing but ultimately unimportant thing that man-baby Nintendo fans can wail about till the end of time, oh what a great injustice it is, oh how those involved have cheated us, oh how we faithful have been betrayed, etc. etc. etc.
Because they are too indistinguishable from each other that they don’t deserve their own character slot.

I will always and forever appreciate Kotaku’s commitment to not mince words in their headlines.
Am I really petty enough to hope Joker wins an award I don’t give two shits about just to spite the condescending cool kids at the AV Club?
The lack of dungeons does feel more like a design choice by the team rather than them not having time to put them in. Pokémon has basicly left behind the travel/survival-aspects that it had from the begining from it’s RPG-roots. RPG’s usually have mechanics related to resource management, but newer Pokémon games has…
Create a problem, sell the solution.
Anyone who thought that the omission of Pokémon from the base game was for any reason other than to SELL THEM back to players as DLC, is an idiot.
Ah, that’s why there’s middling post-game. Nintendo finally learned that they can just cut content and re-sell it.
Imagine being that snarky while being so ignorant.
While i agree with you about the old model of version 3 for full price is outdated, i think alot of people actually would have preferred they take another year to make it, and just include every pokemon
> You’d prefer they held release back another half year to make the biggest game in the series even bigger?
LOL, these games are NOT the biggest games in the franchise.
- Just to note, the Pokémon Home fine print said it was a paid service. Not that you need Nintendo Switch Online, but just a paid service. Which likely means you have to pay a separate fee like Pokémon Bank.
