I almost always change my own oil.

Crank windows and manual transmissions.
A real, actual, non-idiot temperature gauge. Oil pressure could be there too.
Diesel engines don’t have a throttle butterfly. This engine apparently has a “kill switch” butterfly to block airflow but it failed.
Your best option with a runaway diesel is to run away. No sense getting maimed or killed trying to save an engine that's already gone. Your attempts to stop it will fail, and you don't want to be anywhere near it when it goes.
Even with an internal oil leak, you’d still need the throttle butterfly to fail. On an engine moving that much air, it’s entirely possible that the butterfly just snapped when activated.
They did state there was a possible injector pump failure. If that stuck open your options are stop the Airflow (good luck) or spray a CO2 fire extinguisher at the intake and hope that it chokes it.
who cares? they had me at “full truck enveloping explosion”.... the rest is just icing.
Or scenario 3: Todd bumped it into neutral by accident and does not want to admit this to Terry. Fuckin’ Todd!
Buckaroo Banzai:
Both the chocolate and the mushrooms are raw. The mushrooms are just stirred around in some cacao beans.
Torch would have an in depth article on how he noticed there’s like different turn signal blink tempos and finds that depending on what plant made them on what day of the week there’s an identifiable pattern.
This kid got full-on Tom Sawyer'd though, right?
Ha beat you by one whole minute! :D
If you’re Jason Torchinsky: Contemplate rear light clusters from beneath for several hours then write quirky post with lots of orange captions.
If you’re David Tracy: Everything except the rust
If you’re ever back in that area and have any interest in nature, my hiking-and-climbing sibling took us on a side trip from Vegas to Zion National Park. Even in the off season when things were icy and kind of scary, it was breathtaking. It’s been a few years and I think about it often.
My friends and I ate at the NYC location when it was open, because we didn’t believe it could really be as bad as the reviews.
I am a proud Canadian who slips y’all in quite often, could be working in the oil industry, could be too much rap music. I’ve only spent 10 days in Texas so that definitely wasn’t it, although I was a y’all machine when I came back from that trip.
Their choice of font on the building is reason enough for them to go out of business.
