Apparently you can be a journalist in Boston without bothering to learn the difference between “its” and “it’s”.

Not to say I wouldn’t happily drive one if given the chance, but they sure look strange to me.

An amendment to my previous list:

Yes. If somebody asks, “Wait, why are we talking about ducks?” but is unable to trace it back to you, that is still considered a success.

I’ve been wanting that capability for years.

Keep practicing. You’ve almost got it!

That’s not the sound ducks make...

I call dibs on violin.

The “challenge” is an interesting social phenomenon, being basically a modern-day manifestation of the “dare,” but issued to the public rather than to an individual. Now I have some very bad ideas for challenges...

Plus, it’s not like anybody would know it was you who did it. Even if you told them, most people probably wouldn’t believe you.

  1. Any plans to bring back the Heavy Metal Chrome edition?

“This is ridiculous,” people say. “This is appallingly excessive,” people say. “Truck owners are stupid, and shouldn’t be allowed to have nice things,” people say. Well, here’s what I say.

Thanks! It was a college nickname, and I just kept using it because it fits. Come to think of it, I could say the same about a lot of college T-shirts.

Durability and gloves both seem like plausible ideas to me. There’s also the fact that military vehicles typically don’t have keys, so if you can use simpler door handles without locks, why not?

Thanks for the tips. I love that green color. How tall are you, exactly? Do you think a 6'2" person could drive one comfortably?

I’ve seen luggage that is designed to fit in the behind-the-seats storage area. I’m sure you can’t put a lot in there, but maybe clothes and supplies for a weekend trip. Did you ever drive one with the sequential transmission? I’ve heard those should be avoided.

Maybe it’s another naked emperor thing?

And it has fender skirts! If fender skirts were to start making a comeback, I’d be very much OK with that.

Not only that, but he was homeless too (though apparently there is some debate on that, and plenty of people were happy to invite him into their homes). I didn’t really think about that until now; the irony of a homeless man feeding thousands of people.
