I overheard this at B&N the other day when a woman asked for a specific "book about birds" and the woman helping her was totally at a loss at how to help her, because she told the lady to (essentially) look for herself according to regional or some other category in the nature section and the lady refused.
Yeah, I'm probably wrong. If she wears wigs, then there's no reason not to mess with her own hair.
