Why are we policing people’s hair styles?
Why are we policing people’s hair styles?
I had a hard time connecting with the panel segments.
Don’t body shame him. People can wear what they like.
Actually we all secretly already have powers. So, it’s already a normal conversation.
This is kind of normal for sports and news. Tom Brady is regularly identified as “Tom Brady, husband of supermodel Gisele Bündchen”
Title IX is notoriously blind on intent.
To be fair, it’s the same creative forces behind the Tick Cartoon and Venture Bros.
I think this is fine. You and I are in the same universe. But I don’t really show up in your story lines. Universes are large places.
I think the photo above just reminded me of it.
It just dawned on me who I would have loved for McGuyver reboot. Matt Smith.
I’m still hung up about the way HG Wells runs. The first time I saw it I kinda went, “Hmm, that doesn’t really know how to run.” Then I saw it was Malcolm McDowell and it became, “Damn, that was a character choice???”
I’ve played 2e growing up and have played 4e and 5e with a range of people. It’s really about the players, not the game. Most of my group looks at making a fun character we want to spend time with.
Less of a compromise and more of opening up clothing for all.
Fine then, skirts only for the guys.
“Hi, girlfriend’s parents. Glad you could come over. Just have a seat on the couch. Oh...what’s that? Just a coffee table featuring my favorite character struggling to escape from being eating alive, slowly. Cool, right?”
Don’t worry, you’ll only be proven wrong once.

So, wait, are we upset that they updated a female character from a housekeeper to a scientist? That seems like a win in my book when all the male characters are royalty, military, or professors.
But I think he might be speaking in terms of not limiting women down to one aspect of the sport, like goalie or kicker. There is no reason they couldn’t play any position on the baseball field.
In addition a number of women have also almost died doing this as well.
