6 seems like a blessing compared the the whole whopping 3 eps of Sherlock that we got.
Not terribly surprised. historically this does seems like the least stable show on tv. But as long as we have new stuff coming I'm happy.

It's been pointed out in the past that Nolan as created characters extremely similar to certain comic characters when he was going to do something with them potentially against their nature. Flass/Bullock in Batman Begins, Rameriz/Montoya in the Dark Knight. Maybe Marion Cotillard is playing Mellisa al Ghul.
Also I'll note on Weds is Deadliest Warrior taking on who would win in a fight. Zombies vs. Vampires. All using "science"
