I just explained why it is better. Moral satisfaction is only derived from administering justice to an immoral action. And we’ve already been through why it’s immoral.

Really? Because unless she committed aggravated felony or has come here illegally again after already being deported, she’s in the clear.

This is really funny considering the Natives had no concept of land ownership.

Native Americans had no laws or concept of owning land, let alone a country. That was a concept we brought over here. That legally makes us the owners of this country.

She is using resources and participating in welfare programs that are entitled to legal Americans. She is living in a house that belongs to legal Americans. The only reason she is paying out to Social Security is because a legal American is supposed to be working her job and eventually receiving the benefits of that

At 14 you are old enough to know you are illegally coming into a country. She’s known for 20 years what she did was wrong and thought she had escaped the law. It’s time for her to face justice.

That’s because we generally want skilled laborers who can contribute to society coming here. Why should coming here be easy-street? It’s a competitive market, if you live here you are naturally going to have to work, and to get good jobs you need to have an education or a specific skill.

Illegal immigration is a far bigger problem than driving 15 miles over the limit. As I said elsewhere, I can totally agree it’s better to deport the violent illegals instead of the peaceful ones, but it’s even better to deport both of them.

She’s paying far less than she’s putting in as an illegal. She’s likely on welfare and sapping our resources, not to mention working a job and sending kids to school in a slot that only actual Americans are entitled to. You act like she’s just quietly slipping in and being a good person like the rest of us, except

Let’s get them both out.

Sorry that’s not how the law works. As this woman is also finding out.

He legally does not pay taxes. If you think that loophole in the law is wrong that’s one thing, but he’s not breaking any laws by it.

Pro-tip: You can have empathy and still believe they should be subject to the law. Empathy does not excuse injustice.

She’s paid taxes in the same sense I pay tax whenever I eat out to lunch or shop at Target. Far more than that, she’s sapped resources that could have gone to an American citizen. Unless immigrants are willing to go through the process to legally come here, we would be much better off without them thanks.

According to the law. And to basic logic. You don’t get to come here illegally and not face penalties for it.

The penalty for illegally coming into this country is to be deported back to the country you came from. The proper penalty for parking crooked is to get a ticket.

The majority of America doesn’t buy your baseless insults. They do however buy that laws should be followed and that there should be consequences for breaking the laws.

So because they escaped justice 20 years ago that suddenly erases their crime? Nonsense. The fact she prospered from her crime so long ago does not excuse her of the penalty.

Dammit people! We’re enforcing the proper penalties for breaking the law! Just...dammit.
