I'm conflicted. Like you, Kyle, I didn't really care for the Rock in the Attitude Era either. I do enjoy him as a movie star though outside the ring. I actually thought a lot of what he did last night was kinda fun. There seemed be a genuine joyful spirit he had in backstage walk around that reminded me of SNL. I like

I could honestly get behind Wyatt vs. Lesnar. Wyatt could play the I'm not scared of you, I don't hate pain card well, laughing in his face after every suplex. I think if he does it, he has to win. Like Kyle said, Wyatts aren't that threatening if they keep losing.

How is John Cena not on the show tonight after they teased a heel turn on social media all week? Just weird.

It is completely tasteless for sure, and it's hard to tell if that's the point to make them more heelisg. I kinda doubt it.

I don't think you have to be a face to be over. KO and New Day are so popular BECAUSE they are entertaining heels. It's like living a good villain. If Reigns went heel, I'd probably like him more. Or not. Good or evil, boring is boring, see Randy Orton. Still, going heel early in superstardom did wonders for the Rock

Damn it! Why couldn't have that been on the air! I was thinking that Roman totally stole Cena's thunder and pushed him out of the spotlight. If I were Cena, I would be pissed too! So if it happens off camera, does that mean it kayfabe never happened?

They are building that feud nicely. I feel like it's the only betrayal turn they have in the works now. They need to do that with Roman and Dean. They should have done it by now.

It's a stronger feud than the main event. It should be for the World championship, not the IC.

Wrote a long winded Facebook status that I tougher I'd repost here.

I get the feeling Sheamus might be done already. This whole reign (no pun intended) seemed like simply a rouse to get people to care about Roman. RR's rivalry seemed to be more with the authority than Sheamus. I think he needs a new rival altogether. A heelturn Dean Ambrose or Kevin Owens are my first choices, but

When is the NXT show In Chicago and where?

I loved how they abandoned tater tots. It was after all the product of the lowest rated raw in 20 years.

The tater tot thing failed so miserably I doubt will here it again. I think it might be a toss up if he even continues to feud with Sheamus.

Good write up, Kyle. They did some really nice booking and storytelling tonight. I'm still not sold on Reigns. I can't help it. I don't find him that fun to watch (those finishers are dumb dumb dumb) and I hate to hear him talk. Still, I will FULLY admit that the story they built around him over the past few days is

You are right on about Kevin Owens! What makes him special is that even as a blistering heel he still finds a way to get the everyman's empathy. I thought Reigns at TLC was being monumentously petty and even bullyish when he sucker punched (um, er, chaired) everyone unprovoked.

However, I might be contradicting myself when I say Cesaro as champion is something I would LOOOOOOOOVE to see. He is just glorious in the ring. On the other hand, mic skills might be an issue for him unless he gets a manager who talks for him, ala former manager Paul Heyman. But maybe he could rise to the occasion.

Great write up as usual, Kyle. I look forward to this every week. However, we're going to have to agree to disagree on Roman Reigns. I started watching wrestling again this January after about 6 years off, and started with the Royal Rumble. Even then with total objectivity, I was bored to tears by Roman Reigns. This

Good points overall, but that Lesnar spot was pointless and stupid. Heyman once again going on and on about how Lesnar broken undertaker's streak. Give both of them a match on Monroe every once in a while. Doesn't even have to be a lot, but once before summer slam. They need to get some practice in.
