Did you get rid of those old games? If no, then you never have to say goodbye.

Empathy: It’s not FOR everyone.
.
we all must learn to like new things, for stagnation rots the brain.
There are far more important things to have empathy for.
This sounds less like bullying and peer pressure, and more like you want to fit in with the crew (of you’re own volition), thus requiring you to purchase it. But at the same time, this also sounds like high school, so...
So this is what you came here for...
Except this doesn’t read as a port, it’s a redo of sorts, And usually Switch ports strip back the details, whereas this one loads them on.
the video is everything :)
I’ll be taking the Train ;)
edit: Nintendo clarified today, that BotW sold 1.32M in the past six months, the figure I initially cited was for shipped units, but I’d say 1.32 million of a more than 2 year old game, still at full price are very good sales.
Choice is a funny word here, because consumers have all the choice, voting with ones wallet is the ultimate choice, and that argument is employed all the time.
I don’t think it’s a scheme so much as it’s not a race to the bottom. Nintendo know their games will sell well for a long time at full price. Looking at BotW, it sold nearly 2 million units in the last 6 months. Could it have sold more at a lesser price, probably, but I’m not sure Nintendo cares too much. The bonus is…
Licensing implies that Some dev paid Nintendo to use the iP, (which is how we ended up with terrible Zelda games for Philips CDi) and they have a lot more control over what they do (within guidelines of course) . In these cases, Nintendo partners with a 3rd party devs to make Nintendo IP games, which Nintendo does all…
given that the switch is portable...why wait?

which would have been my next point. Extremely likely.
They’re clearly adamant about its non-title, otherwise why are they trying to correct every single person who gets it “wrong”, if it has no title, and people need/want to call it something, they’re not wrong for giving it a title, even if it’s not what the developers intended, it’s out of their hands.
I’m sorry House House, this is what happens when you don’t title your work, you no longer have control of what your game is called, and thus Untitled Goose Game is how it will forever be referred to, officially or not.
Worrying about a bloated storefront, with difficulty finding the games you want, that’s absolutely something to worry about. Quality games can’t always stand out, and it’s unfortunate.
