I never made a point to say it would or wouldn’t split the market. I made a point that making a portable only Switch screws with branding, and would possibly confuse the market.
The Switch can already do that tho, that’s why it’s great.

While this is mostly true, Nintendo hasn’t shied away from 1st party sales this gen. Will you see it at $29.99? No, but $10-$20 off the top, very possibly, for a limited time of course.
