I think that’s exactly on the nose Jason, as we shouldn’t expect VC until next year, hyping the transfer to Switch. And c’mon do you really think Nintendo will leave Star Fox 2 exclusively on the Classic SNES? Just as Nintendo has been trying to use mobile to move people to their consoles, I feel these Toys of

Opening to the public without any plan in place is a bad idea, not “opening to the public” in general.

Is Miitopia not big or exciting enough?

After many moves, and “student” living, my 2007 Samsung LCD, while still functional, has seen better days, so I’m 50/50 getting a new television this year, and in this case it only makes sense to upgrade to a 4k unit, the price difference isn’t high enough for me to buy a 1080p TV.

freakin’ StarTropics okay ;)

we can dream :)

Hey Fahey where are the videos? :(

I’d say they’re more like entertainment devices, swap in new media once your ready for a change. And hey I’m not here to battle PC vs Console if that’s where you were leading this. But the NES Classic is just a toy.

why is this being reported as a console??? It’s a freakin’ toy, And Nintendo already said why they discontinued it, not enough profit, since games cannot be purchased beyond the initial sale (& finite resources), thus it being just a toy.

and that’s almost the same price as a Switch...

You mean the New Nintendo 2ds 3D XL?

Breath of The Wild, Because I’ll probably be playing that game forever! But maybe some XMAS backlog games that I haven’t gotten around to like the Last Guardian & DW Builders.

that’s unfortunate, I like most Zelda games, and while this is the most un-Zelda, its also the MOST Zelda, just splayed out to let you do whatever you want, and its glorious. No single game is for everyone, but somehow I feel that this can be a lot of different game, for a lot of people, just not you.

just not true

If you have been trying to buy a PS3 in North America (new) you’ve probably had a hard time doing so, I bought my Ps3 in the summer of 2015 and even then they were scarce, none on Amazon, none in Big box stores etc... I (un)luckily found one in a bookstore that was $40 more than Amazon sold it for, but I bought it

Strange, no Nintendo announcement. Strange, NES classics. Strange, what the heck is going on with VC Nintendo?!?

I’ve decided, although useful (this article), and intrigued (VR in general), that I would forgo VR until it is better suited for those of use prone to nausea etc... This just seems like too much work for the experience.

thanks, exactly, Adoption should be equally considered for all, for those of have the parts and those who don’t.

You should also put into perspective that Skyward Sword was released on Hardware that was almost 12million (in JP) deep by the time it was released.... But the other perspective is that Zelda doesn’t usually sell like hotcakes in Japan, so it will be interesting if this one can outsell Ocarina of Time.

Ah home :)
