Crossbuy and transfering software are slightly different, while some of these can do this with some games, unless all previous software is supported (can run) on new console (OS) eg. Wii mode being available on Wii U, then you are really just getting a new version of the game with possible game save transer. Basically…

There’s rarely anything “average” about the average gamer (we just don’t think much about it). A good journalist/writer knows how to draft a compelling enough article... even if it is of a “boring wanker” :)

They are looking at everyone maybe even some hardcore MH players. I don’t think people fall in the Yo-kai, pokemon or MH crowds, you can like em all!

And clearly I’m not the majority, hence why I made the statement. And it’s not like Capcom wouldn’t want NEW MH fans by using Stories as a bridge.

What about stories!?!? I actually care very little about MH but stories is drawing me in.

I would assume that Nintendo has thought of the “always charging” concern and built in some sort of stasis where the dock is no longer charging the battery after it is full, but rerouting supply to give power to the console only, I wouldn’t even know if this is possible. I can say that even if it’s not possible there…
