I read the whole thing in detail and didn’t get it. Now I do.. although tbh I wonder if someone did this to me I probably would NOT have made the mental connection that the unicode characters were missing emojis.. lol.  I guess I haven’t seen that behavior before.

I always considered it to be “Zelda Gaiden” if you will... i.e. a Side Story. I wouldn’t say it’s my ‘favorite’ (that has to go to LttP/LA) but it has been, and ALWAYS WILL BE one of my all time favorite Zelda games ever, easily right after LttP/LA and before everything else. Heck, I still find the music in the game…
