In college during the SF2 days, I used to wander into Golfland in Sunnyvale and try my hand against the pros there (psst.. I lost consistently). Then whenever I’d fly home to Guam, I’d stop by Japan and try my hand at the arcade SF crowds there (I’d also lose consistently). lol I sucked :)

Ever since I played on a 5x5 map in Miracle Warriors on the SMS I’ve been missing the experience.

lol exactly.. unless of course the President is democrat and then it’s kiddy gloves all day long. :)

Wasn’t this more or less a bipartisan effort?

Hrm? I like Ted Cruz. :)

And I learned it on my own.. and what? I think his point is the lesson itself, not “where” he got it from. :p

But then who would we have to make our next Hollywood blockbusters and entertainment?

lol yeah.. I need to catch up on proper terms some time. :p

Yep.. normally I’m big on snagging Nintendo hardware but I have about about 7 or 8 3DS systems at this point which is kind of ridiculous. With nothing new in this one, I will have to pass.

Yep..I can power on my natural Chamorro accent (and slang) at will but switch it off normally here in the states. It gets things done. There’s no racial component about it.. it’s simply about how to communicate effectively.

Wow I’m totally not into figures (although my sister did send me a creepy Woody from Japan).. but I think I’d like to have these!

I’ve played through two randomized quests now (using the presets).. it’s funny because what I WAS expecting to be randomized, isn’t. Yes the contents of the caves can change, but the actual locations of those caves can’t. Especially when it comes to the hidden ones. i.e. In other words the locations of the bushes you

Huey, Dewey and Louie from Silent Running were kinda cute.. but yeah, no where near as “beloved”.

I saved in my 401k plan when I was younger but I had absolutely zero clue of what to put it in.. I saw “stable value” fund and thought oh that sounds good, and it wasted away in there for several years.

Yes I suppose so.. although at this point I don’t recall what that “we won’t cover over ____” amount was, but it must’ve have been adequate as the total cost of his stay was not small by any means, Not to mention you’d have the annual renewal to restart that number so January would be a good thing vs. a dreaded thing.

Would be different if it was a republican telling the joke right? :)

By your logic the ACA is “greedy” as well if you’re judging it by premiums going up. They always have.. and that was fine with the PPO coverage.

Exactly. We’re covered for catastrophe.. but that’s about it. For average everyday (and more likely) medical concerns, not so much

Health care is so shitty under the ACA.. even if you have insurance at work, it’s most likely just High Deductible health plans. It’s to the point I hesitate to go to the doctor when I injured my shoulder because it’s pretty much all out-of-pocket each year up to 6 grand.. while still paying the same increased

Problem with Climate change discussion is it’s gotten 100% political with the desired affect that the it should empower govt. to enact new policies and regulations. It’s not like how we can debate the age of the Sphinx :)
