Throughout my 47 year old life there are not many days in the year where there isn’t a rice cooker on the counter with rice that wasn’t just made within the past 24 hours or so... and usually 2-3 cups worth. But I’m from Guam so that’s the norm for most everyone. :p

I got one single overhead bulb in a 21' x 16' room.. yeah yeah lamps and all that. But I like just flicking the switch and the room is lit up from overhead, so I put in 150 watt bulbs usually. When are we going to get equivalents of those? :)

Oh totally not discounting the 3D zeldas as well. I love them! I’m just stating the obvious that everyone already knows: i.e. That as far as gameplay, they are two very different flavors :)

Highly debatable of course.. and of course it has been debated countless times. That said, LA and LTTP are indeed the top of the heap. :)

The top-down Zeldas are best and ARE the quintessential Zelda gameplay. They really do differ in so many obvious ways from the 3D zeldas (e.g. 3D combat), and I just think they’re really the “true” Zelda experience and heck, more fun to play.

Laugh all you want.. but I think Pixels had way more cred-worthy retro arcade culture references. I mean.. the line of ships across an Asteroids playfield, the 900 points for the closeup Spider kill from Centipede, a good game of Defender was shown, and heck the Hulk from Robotron attacking. That to me show’d someone…

I’ve been using Evernote for years and I’ve learned this: for myself, it ends up just being a large mass of random text notes (albeit searchable). In other words not much different than my old bunches of random .TXT files located on my desktop.. lol. Maybe I was using it wrong.
