Pretty sure the 4-Swords for Gamecube is a completely different game than the 4-Swords on GBA.. which I think the 3DS one is a port of (with some extra levels).

When I was low-carbing it, brocolli with butter was the best substitute for potatoes/rice for me. I’d eat that with steak or salmon or whatever. Full blown meal, zero problems. Lost weight! :p
