I'm actually impressed. It would have been a very interesting way to end the series, especially if you look at the way this would have influenced the other characters. I'd definitely read a full fledged alternate ending like this.

Am I disgusted, or in awe? I'm so confused.

KICK HER ASS TATIANA. No not you, the other Tatiana. YES I mean you Tatiana, no not you Tatiana. Yes you. NO NOT YOU TATIANA.

Seems like an extremely efficient mechanism to confuse predators. Think of it this way:

The 10 second clips of space ships zipping away into the horizon at light speed is getting more than slightly repetitive.

It's pretty obvious he's just throwing it out there as a possibility to get people out of a specific, fairly limiting, mindset.

Yeah it's been on my list-of-really-important-movies-I've-never-seen for a while now. Guess it's time to watch it.

My heart aches a little when I see this. Egypt used to be high on that list, but now it isn't even on it.

Oh woweth me.

Watch HBO hire this guy for promoting their series way better than they managed to.

It's even more amazing than I ever imagined...

It started as one as of the coolest, funniest, most daring and most original super-power based shows out there. It all went downhill after the end of season 2 (it was really good again for a brief period in season 3). By the middle of season 4 it was dry, unfunny, and just a bore to watch. Real shame. Can't bring

Puuuuuurrdy...

I think now is about the best time to announce such a game, considering the success of X & Y and (Pokemon fans' as well as critics') positive reactions to the new 3D-based world.

Actually, maybe it's not as clear cut as I'm making it out to be, since, well, he didn't make the thing ad free. I still doubt there are ill intentions behind the game though.

Throughout this whole mess, I've been asking myself one question: When did it become immoral for developers to remix different games for a free product? The man never claimed that he didn't 'copy' the Mario pipes. How stupid would you have to be to even try and do that? The guy made the darn thing in a couple of days

I'm actually relieved Carl got a story line like this. Sure he went a little murder crazy (which I'm sure they'll explore again a little later), but he seemed way to calm and in control for a teenager. I'm roughly his age and I don't know a single person, myself included, that would have behaved as (relatively) coldly

So much chaos caused by one little weirdly disabled bird. Oh internet...

Yeah I've never seen the Gizmodo community be this vile about anything else before...

Lots of people are bringing up the point that it'll just stop getting scary when you repeat a level, or something of the likes. It's a good point, but I think it can be overcome by not only lowering the difficulty of the levels when you're calmer, but changing some of the level's actual horror elements.

Same. Came here to laugh at the poor sob, but I guess this is cool too.
