You may hate Hillary Clinton, but please don’t presume to speak for “everyone”. Hillary Clinton and her lifelong dedication to public service are inspirations to me, and I know this to be true for many others as well. We are also people.

I don’t remember voting for you to speak for “everyone” in saying we hate Hillary. In fact I and millions more appreciate, respect and yes like her. When someone can get millions more votes than her opponent, I don’t consider it losing.
Everyone hates? Just be a little cautious about projecting; I’ve met plenty of people who were quite enthusiastic about voting for Hillary, and going into the election WaPo had a poll showing that a far greater percentage of supporters were voting “for” her than Trump’s supporters were voting “for” him.
Not everyone hates her. Millions of people were very enthusiastic about her. Dismissing that enthusiasm says something about you, not her.
“We ran a candidate whom everyone hates...” is untrue, but I’ve decided that the Dems should choose their next candidate SOLELY on the basis of “is s/he likeable?” because that’s obviously the most important factor to voters. Someone needs to buy the domains jenniferlawrence2020.org and georgeclooney2020.org.
Actually, Hillary got more votes than any candidate except Obama.
I donated to planned parenthood and then got a lecture from a family member about dead babies. So I donated again, double my original amount, in said family member’s name.
If I could put my sympathy into words, I would. Words fail me, though, so <3
Because poor people. Rich people are gonna be okay; they can afford to pay for good insurance, or to fly to Canada for abortions. Poor people, meanwhile, get trapped into having babies they don’t want and can’t afford, which means getting trapped into low education and dead-end jobs, which means staying poor and…
My worst week was having my grandmother die and consoling my mom about it. This is pretty damn close. :(
for all the hot takes about Green Day not being “real punk” - American Idiot is a great goddamn pop album, and hearing “I’m not a part of the Redneck Agenda” on mainstream radio after the nauseating wave of post 911 kumbaya... fuck. yes.
Green Day revived their 90's career on protest songs. American Idiot seems particularly apropos now.
Ross Dress for Less, too. I took pictures as proof.
I actually own a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes. Ankle straps are hard to come by.
Ugh, Jessica Simpson shoes are like ‘SO CUTE!” from afar. But when you get up close and see the label you feel like you’ve been duped.
Let us take a small measure of solace in Christie’s continued public disgrace.
Haha the only thing I can truly laugh about in all of this is the fact that Christie is so fucked he can’t even get a job as a professional bootlicker for the President!
Hey Ivanka: Guess whose shoes I keep seeing at the Goodwill?
So Christie is OUT of Trump’s transition team, and Ivanka’s husband Jared Kushner is IN. Christie prosecuted Kushner’s father as NJ states attorney, and apparently he has in common with the Trumps a taste for cold vengeance.
I wouldn’t say Ivanka’s “trying” to be an asshole, I think she’s being extremely successful at it. I know a woman who thinks that Ivanka secretly disagrees with Trump but she feels forced to support him. HAHAHAHAHAHA yeah no this entire family is trash.
