The rooms mechanically reset, we see the cog wheels do that, there is no temporal reset. The food, the grave and the flowers are the plothole, not the diamond wall. But... It could be that “The Veil” (the Valeyward, perhaps?) is actually doing all that. Filling in the grave, new flowers, new food.

Because it doesn’t reset. It is not a loop, time actually passes. Each time the doctor dies there is an actual skull that gets thrown off by the new doctor, that’s why the sea floor is littered with them. Nothing is reset. You are told it resets by the doctor who thinks it’s being reset. Until he gets to room 12 and

Of course we will survive. In Utopia, where the skies are made of diamonds. But we won’t be called humans. We’ll be called the Toclafane.

I can be very short about this. It looked good, but it made no sense at all. The story and the science were very flawed, the only thing that worked was the ending, but that’s about it. None of Gatiss’s episodes have been really strong, but this is by far the weakest of the lot, and the worst of the season so far.

That doesn’t explain the Zygons using that phrase as a motto for their rebellion. Even if the scenario in the black archive has played out similarly 15 times before. I can untangle the “Time Heist” plot in my mind (though it took a while), this one I can’t (yet).

Just repeating my comment on the O-deck...:

I loved this episode. It had everything that makes Doctor Who, Doctor Who. A bit of mystery, a bit of horror, a bit of thriller, awesome aliens monsters, a Doctor who is really being challenged, a companion with her own agenda and some real world relevance. It had pace, it was wel written, the direction and

Well, I am a cheesy, self-consciously artsy kind of guy. I like that stuff.

What I really loved about the episode was the way the final scene was done with Ashildr just standing there, seeing the years go by. That was very cleverly put together with a real time face and the sun and stars circling across the sky. At first to a smiling face and ending on a bitter and sorrow expression on that

The “WOW” signal has never been explained, hence it wasn’t mistaken for a mundane phenomenon or something that we can now definitively explain to be a natural signal, so it seems to me that it doesn’t belong in this list. It is still unexplained though maybe not inexplicable. It is what it is: a real, detected signal,

Can’t be played in iOS and/or safari...

Yes, well ... That’s just like... Your opinion, man.

Well.... She is back this season... And the doctor made her a promise...

So basically... It is just arbitrary, classifying potatoes as vegetables and wheat and corn as starchy stuff. Just because potatoes are not grassy and grainy. Well... I think it makes little sense. Both for dietery and botanic reasons.

And grains are not vegetable? What are they then? Meats? Fungi?

Wait a minute... Corn and wheat don’t count? My guess is that those make up more than half of al vegetable matter consumed. Just a guess, but this chart doesn’t seem to count those at all.

So basically.... He was a bit of a dick...

I’m very tempted to respond to this like Donald Trump would. Tempted, but I’ll leave it at that...

Ironically, #12 would prevent the other 11. So on balance....
