I’ve already said this more than once today (and probably more than 2000 times since he put his hand on that bible and I was surprised it didn’t set fire) -

I didn’t watch the video, but seems to be that he was actually offering family advice. IOW, he could tell Scalise’s family really loves him, after he was shot. But other wives, although smiling, are clearly unhappy in their marriage. And our Omniscient, Big Brained President sees that, and it’s sad.
