It’s easy to point to Price’s original comment as “crossing the boundary” or unprofessional in the context of her job, but of course that’s not really the point for the people who wanted her fired.
I think, if this played out in a more sane way, she would have probably got a reprimand or something but probably no big deal. But once the GG mob picked it up and probably flooded every outward facing communications ArenaNet had.

Term limits are largely bad, unless sufficiently long that they’re only a bound on the most extreme hangers-on (like, 20+ years). Term limits rob the government of expertise and increase the influence of special interests. Also, I think it’s debatable whether or not politicians should be punished for being popular.
