Surely it should have been Jack Black.

At the very least, we might have been saved TUSK.

If you want to know how thin-skinned Carolla is look up the debacle that was the chat show he was going to do with Kevin Smith, but a series of unreturned calls and Hollywood ego butt-hurt scuppered the idea very quickly.

I feel the same way about Patrice O'Neil. But I have nearly 150 episodes of Opie and Anthony that Patrice sat in for third mic.

My favourite part of the AVATAR juggernaut were the patently nonsense stories about how people were being diagnosed with depression because Pandora wasn't real.

She and Carolla did extensive 'he said/she said' episodes about the whole thing. They're easy enough to find on YouTube.

Criterion are too busy releasing every Japanese film ever made.

It's damn good but still not a patch on Hartley's NOT QUITE HOLLYWOOD.

Trump/Cruz 2016!!

$100 billion a year business.

Now let's see if Ritchie Blackmore turns up.

True. While not a startlingly original band Cheap Trick was an influence on a HUGE number of bands.

Cheap Trick and Deep Purple at the same time!

Hopefully YOU'RE THE WORST can keep on going until the great unwashed 'discover' it and declare it a masterpiece. Kind of like what happened with BREAKING BAD.

SIX shows at MSG?

I have read some amazing scripts from The Black Lists of years past that I know will probably never get made.

There was a time a few years ago when I was heavily into reading screenplays. They were quite widely available if you knew where to look. Then Fox had a fit over the leaked DEADPOOL script, threatened some school teacher from Minnesota with a $25 million lawsuit, and those sources disappeared overnight.

"Yes!!"

Last year I think there was at least two scripts about the making of JAWS.

Even before Smith and .Co presented that monstrosity the script was a very dull affair.
