I understand your point too; but not only is life expectancy not going to improve fast enough to affect her generation, it’s more the issue of her selfishness here. There’s a reason women can’t (for the most part, with the rare exception) get pregnant after menopause. She’s “gaming the system” so to speak.

Personally I wholly agree. In particular because there’s some research inferring that the older the father is, the bigger the risk for autism and other disorders. I think I’ve read that this applies to older women as well, but I’m not sure how that works in relation to her using IVF.
