You can’t serve on a jury about rape if you’ve been raped? Can you not serve on a trial about burglary if you’ve been robbed?

Don’t reply to me with prison rape jokes.
Don’t ignore your gut feeling. Several years ago, I dropped my daughter off at preschool and ran into the new summer teacher who I hadn’t met before. I instantly felt something was off about him. He made me uncomfortable. Turns out, he molested nearly all of the girls in the class that summer. One of the only reasons…
This is awful and i really feel for her. I can believe that she did not know. I don’t think she should be suing Subway, however.
Omg I found out the same way! Gotta love assholes and their sloppy email. One of the doubters told me I must have suspected something because I snooped in his emails. The truth is, I was presented with an opportunity and I was just being nosy. *shrug*
Oof. I had a very similar experience with my ex. To make it all the more disturbing, he was also meeting people for anonymous sex while I was still breastfeeding our daughter. I had zero suspicions until he used my computer to arrange one of his meet-ups and didn’t sign out of his fucking hotmail.
Hank Hill, as always, explains all.
Exactly. I divorced a man that I found out had been going on Craigslist having sex with strangers—both men and women—for our entire marriage. I had no idea at all. Not even an inkling. I definitely didn’t know he was bisexual, and I didn’t know he was cheating on me. I told someone about it once and they refused to…
I’m just here thinking about title issues.
When I was her age and a guy sent me a drink I’d send it right back. Not because I was afraid he was trying to get sex from me. I was clear on not even wanting to have a conversation. Being stuck talking to a random dude because I accepted a gin and tonic? No thanks. It’s either talk to them or be rude and blow…
That pic of her holding the mug like that made me uncomfortable. You made a lot of money for this garbage reboot, lady, just hold the damn thing properly. And you know it’s not even full, so you can’t claim it’s heavy.
It would seem, just based on looks, that his brother is the douchier of the two.
I was at Penn at the same time as Melker. Donnie was indeed a sad sack of a human being who peed everywhere and assaulted everyone. He belonged to the most rape-y of rape-y fraternities and comfortably communicated with his asshat brothers in the misogynist language of his father and...he just sucked. He really did…
First is Barron, right?
Don Jr. Is slappable. Eric is punchable.
What do you expect with these Pampered rich kids?
Numerous white celebrities have done that(violence against women) and are still well regarded.
You probably don’t even know some of them because it’s not talked about.
Bieber probably wouldn’t be nearly as famous if not white.
This is one of the best shows out there right now. I agree with the writer about Paper Boi not moving forward quickly. It (and other elements) brings a realism and feeling of authenticity to this show that is just fantastic...but then some absolutely fantastic jokes in there that border and dip into the absurd.
I live in Atlanta. I go to Morehouse. I have to say that myself, along with my peers, have really enjoyed the show. Is it absolutely perfect? No. Yet, it sets out to invoke very real and honest conversations. I mean, I’m sure everyone remembers the scathing, if short, monologue Earn has in “Juneteenth” about using…
Just gotta say, I love this show. I’m black and not from Atlanta and I feel like I connect with almost everything about this show. One of the moments that stuck out to me was (episode 2? 3?) where Earn is talking to his white friend from the radio and they guy says “nigga” while telling him a story. Then later,…
