Mazda is definitely better off without ford, and better off since they are moving production out of the United States. I live in Flat Rock near the assembly plants and its sad to see the company packing up, but they will be able to sell at a much more competitive price due to the lower labor costs.

I think the main point here is that its made out of simple materials and probably way cheaper to produce than solar panels.
