Our senior pep rally in HS got a hold of 4-5 3x4ft bales of shredded paper from a dubious source to use as confetti. You had to wade though knee deep shreds when it was over.  

There were crazy complaints about it close to where I live. I thought they were over stating how loud it was. Stopped to fill up for gas in the Oceana touch and go path. My vision would blur they were so loud, I couldn’t believe it.
