Well i'm sure he didn't want to see Nine Lives! Hahaha

The latest Doug Loves Movies is a classic train wreck ep.

I respectfully disagree.

Feels Like Fire and Let Go are the peaks of his self-titled album, for me

I dunno, KISS's "Destroyer" is pretty great

My life is trying to bring 90s power pop to AV Club message boards

I have. I think if 70s Rod had done it with the Faces it would sound great. This though…not so much

We were graced by Daisy Of Love soon after, though the wordplay was not as effective.

Smithers, have the Rolling Stones killed.

That's Plenty Of Fish

Nah not gonna buy that. Too spooky.

Wocka-teppay

Seriously. Someone needs to bring back Exploding Hearts-style power pop. The Cry is close, but their songwriting isn't quite there.

FRAJERRRRRRRR!!!!!

Doug and Carrie, Doug and Carrie, Doug and Carrie, Doug and Carrie

I didn't sob, but the feeling I get is that some people were looking for something with more depth and what we got was a top-tier, excellent fluff piece. Which is fine when it's this good.

I agree to a point, but I think it's pretty clear FJM is playing a character and it's all artifice.

Honestly, Romano is one of the best parts of the movie. It's a great movie, but Ray Romano steals it.

Saw The Big Sick in a test screening, and it's great. I never thought I'd say this, but people are gonna go crazy over Ray Romano's performance. He's so good.
