I know it's advice that you hate to hear (I did), but go to the gym and lift weights for 45 minutes a day. Every day. Switch from lower body to upper body day to day, and just keep going. I was pretty bummed out for a while, not gaining weight but just not feeling good. Once I started going to the gym every day it…
WOW I'm surprised. I truly thought this was the best episode of the season so far (with the exception of the premiere). Mindy Project has never been a structurally sound show to my eyes, so I watch it purely for the jokes and character interactions. Granted, I would have loved to have seen Pally get a better…
Popping in to say that this article inspired me to listen to their album.
Last week's Doug Loves Movies with Harland Williams, Geoff Tate, and Pete Davidson was a great episode. Lots of fun, and the time flies by listening to it.

1408 holds up pretty well. Especially for a PG-13, mid 2000's, Stephen King adaptation movie.
Nah.
Great movie, and Stevens is fantastic in it.
Spent a long 2 days with my girlfriend's crazy, religious family. Wrapped up the weekend watching the live-action Cinderella, which made me cry multiple times and I still don't know why.
I WATCHED THE GUEST ON FRIDAY TOO! Are you me?!
One of my favorite episodes of this show. The cut to the Presbyterian church and the band playing a bouncy pop song was just all too real. And the scene with Junior playing the tambourine was all I ever wanted.
Nick Lowe was pop-punk?
I demand a review of Michael Monroe's new album!
Buenos dias!
Gained 15 pounds in the last year and a half. I used to go to the gym daily back before I moved, but I've just been eating whatever I want and probably drinking more than I should (in addition to no/little exercise) and it's caught up to me. Time to put the brakes on this.
*dumps box of clothes into a drawer*
"How do you like that, Dad?"
Should have gone with the Cinderella song.
