Are you forgetting which party was the party of slavery, Jim Crow, etc., and which opposed the civil rights act and the voting rights act of the 1960s? Hint: think donkey.

Record low unemployment for black people is hell? Higher wages for black people is hell? Higher home ownership for black people is hell? Prison reform is hell? Support of historically black colleges is hell? Fighting crime and increasing national security is hell? You have an odd idea of what hell is.

Until the last 30 years or so, black people voted overwhelmingly for Republicans, and with good reason. Institutional racism does exist in the USA, and it was created by Democrats. Biden’s mentor was Byrd, ex KKK Grand Dragon. There is only one racist candidate running for POTUS, and it isn’t Trump.

I watched the whole video. I do not think the shooting was justified; Ramos was driving away from the cops. But the whole situation was set up by a bogus 911 call that had officers believing Ramos had a gun in his car. The officers should be fired, but I am not so sure about criminal charges.

A photographer need not be of a given skin color to be able to accurately photograph that skin color. It is a matter of competence and technique. Does a photographer need to have green skin to photograph a tree properly?

Sadly, you began your post by making a generalization about white women. That does indeed define you as racist. It is not helpful.

I disagree. Businesses run for profit can lose customers when they behave badly. When services are run by the government, they are essentially a monopoly, immune from consequences of their actions. Look at the VA hospitals and compare with for-profit hospitals. And look at the crap that goes on in socialist countries.

That is not actually legal. Nursing is a regulated profession.

The same applies to cops. I am not anti-nurse or anti-cop. I have great respect for both. But some people are temperamentally unsuited for such jobs, and we should do a better job of screening them out.

This sort of thing has been going on in all races and cultures since the dawn of humanity. It is our original sin. Race is not necessarily a part of it.

History shows that you are right. 

What a tragedy! Reform of such institutions is sorely needed. Criminal charges for all do seem appropriate.
