I wish them both well. It would be unusual for a close couple not to both get the same disease. I think my wife and I both had it, but cannot be sure, as we were not tested. We did self-isolate and are still keeping the social distance, as it is possible to get it twice.

I may be one of the lucky ones. I was in New Orleans in January. Immediately after I got home, I had a fever and flu-like symptoms. So did my wife. She tsted negative for te flu, which could men we both had COVID-19. We cannot know for sure. But we are in a high risk group due to age, but we survived whatever we had.
