As an avid muscle car fan I can get on board with the gimmicks and styling. I’m looking forward to seeing this on the road. It’s a good blend of forward thinking, usability, practicality and the crazy fun stuff Dodge has been doing lately. Good on them!

I was on the fence about watching this movie and the first paragraph sums it up quite well, an enjoyable enough film but the chase scene was what really grabbed me. Especially the drone shot that starts inside of the Dodge Charger and zooms out. That was a great idea and I don’t think I’ve seen that before.

I enjoyed it, but maybe it was the nostalgia of watching  Mythbusters when I was younger. I wish the episodes were longer and hope there is a second season too. 

I think that chopped D-van was built over a few episodes of Motor Myth Busters in episodes 4 and 10 if I am not mistaken. They were trying to get better fuel economy by chopping it and I think they succeeded. 

I had a ST2 and just over a year ago sold it to a friend for $1500 who uses it as a display at his dealership. Mine was also undocumented and uninsured so to me this seems like a great deal, more power and celebrity owned and recently serviced.

I spend as much time looking at second hand cars in China as I do in the US, its pretty interesting the stuff that pops up on the Chinese sights. I was looking at “cheap” 2 door sport car categories while researching for my comment and there were 2 cars- a 2005 Hyundai Coupe and a 2011 Lamborghini. 

Yeah, I remember my friend gave me a ride in his new QQ years ago. I think it was falling apart the second it left the factory. I haven’t seen one driving under its own power for a long time now. 

That's the interesting point, in China cars over 15 years old are basically junk regardless of condition and American second hand cars are all basically junk or unaffordable. 

Where I live there is almost no way to buy a car privately and transfer of ownership without using a dealer is challenging because of the amount of laws and paperwork involved.
