My current car has a 6 disc changer. I listen to CDs when the battery in my old iPhone that lives in the glove box’s battery dies if I don’t drive much. I haven’t changed the CDs in a few years but the newest CD in there I got about 10 years ago.

I’m pretty sure our 1982 Subaru had something like that too. I remember staring lovingly into the instrument cluster when it lit up an night. The calming orange glow of the back lights made me feel like I was in an airplane cockpit when I was like 5 years old.
