The DAs office at this point is desperate to get something just because of the notoriety despite the fact that it’s costing the area mega bucks just to bring a charge.  It’s almost impossible to believe that a jury can convict him based on the evidence produced.  He’s a douche, and I only wish bad things to happen to…

Speed of traffic hasn’t changed much in my nearly 22 years of Chicago driving, but I have noticed more aggressive driving in terms of people weaving in and out of traffic.

Barrier curbs (including on medians and edge of traveled way) are a known launching item above 45 mph; it’s why you have posted speed limits of 45 mph wherever curbs are. At that speed, they become the hazard.

Now if Larian could fix their game breaking mess of Act 3 that was caused by Hot Fix 11 (on PC, I think it’s also a problem for PS5), that would be great!

Jezebel “suspended” operations this morning and laid off their entire staff.  Apparently G/O was looking to sell them off and couldn’t find a seller.

Yeah, I imagine not.  Somehow, I expect Barsanti on AVClub will last through everything.

Between no commenting on Deadspin or The Root, the “suspension” of Jezebel, and all the broken shit of Kinja, who knows how long things go before getting the big plug pulled.

AVClub is probably just hoping they don’t get suspended/put on hiatus like Jezebel.

I give zero shits about D&D tabletop, but it’s not pure D&D. It’s D&D with a goodly splash of Larian homebrew. It’s actually much more transparent to your every person than all the previous D&D games.

Astarion was super useful all the way until the very last stretch; I switched Gale for him for Sorcerous Sundries and the final stretch (i completed that tonight).  Loved using his stealth attacks.
