He was questioned by police and let go.  It wasn’t until there was an outcry that the DA decided to charge him.

Because I highly doubt that the DA feels he could get a jury to convict him on any type of intentional homicide charge.  Charging him with a crime that doesn’t fit or they cannot convict on does nobody any favors and wastes a shitload of taxpayers money.

One guy did: he held the victim’s arms down.  I’m not surprised that others didn’t intervene.  People on their commutes are just trying to get to their destination.  I can’t think it’d be any different in NYC as it is here in Chicago.

Oh no doubt the hold should have been released as soon as the guy was subdued.  Was just saying that it wasn’t a 15 minute hold.  You can certainly argue that it should be involuntary manslaughter since I doubt he intended to actually kill the guy while his actions still caused the death.

If their writing sucks, it should be called out.

From what I understand is that it took emergency crews 15 minutes to respond, but that the guy was in a chokehold for approximately 3 minutes, about 45 seconds after the guy went limp.

For some games, sure, it can work, but our infrastructure here in the states for internet is still sorely lacking in the super high speeds necessary for graphics/data intensive games like FPS or super fancy RPGs.…

I don’t think there’s a chance in hell of that happening any day soon. The cost to Disney would be ruinous as Disney has such a massive footprint there as a do it all vacation destination.  Even Disney doesn’t have that much money, given their current downsizing plan.

He wouldn’t sue to win, he would sue in order to negotiate a sizable severance in a settlement.
