The old lady's insistence on calling her "Bianca" was a perfect microaggression for that character.
That detail about Tricia was devastating.I also didn't know prisons had cemeteries, so thanks for that opposite-of-fun fact, writers!
I laughed so hard at Sister Ingalls 'spitefully' calling Gloria "Latino!" because of course she wouldn't bring herself to say an actual slur.
Those who are well educated in their evil are always chilling.
I think it's a perfect name for Cal and Neri's kid; it's old-timey but not entirely expected.
I hope Vinnie eventually finds out the real story. I wonder if even just googling Morello would do it?

The range of her facial expressions alone in that scene was so perfect.
When I started working out after…never working out, ever, I was like "huh I wonder when this muscle pain is going to stop". Then I looked it up and was like "oh…never."
3/4 done with The Deep by Nick Cutter. Not as viscerally disturbing to me as The Troop was, but it could still be a pretty crazy last 150 pages!
Damn, fuck that. Best of luck and healing to you.
