A whole movie of wayward dirtbags lost in their own malaise, like his character, would've actually been more compelling. Probably.

This is an absolutely perfect summation.
Eh, the racist history of the US is historically entrenched by things like slavery and the Trail of Tears, but Canada's own systemic demons, like Residential Schools, the Japanese internment camps during WWII, the building of the CPR, etc certainly don't let 'em off the hook. Anti-native racism in particular is a…
The rest of the world would be pretty shocked if they could see how racist your average Gordie Canuck really is.
Do The Kids like James Franco? If so, I've been giving them too much credit.
It's just a little kick on the bum!
Wait, is Etta Candy actually going to be in this? I haven't been paying attention.
While Monica Bellucci aged out of being able to play WW, I've still kind of wanted her to play Hippolyta. And by 'kind of' I mean 'very much'.
I had no idea there was controversy about whether or not this movie was good, bad, indifferent, or the best horror movie of the decade. I found it to be enjoyable, but largely forgettable.
The part of Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines where you have to go through the haunted hotel. I played through it, but was almost scared enough to give up on the game completely.
I think that at least some of my mild adult hypochondria is from watching Outbreak when I was in grade four. I mean, I liked the movie, and watched it a few times, but I think it was when it actually occurred to me that you could just get diseases from (spoilers?) the air.
I remember staying at my father's house and watching that episode and having nightmares but the tooth fairy also came so it only kind of traumatized me for life.
Not only that, but he was a cop soliciting a prostitute who he thought was dressed up as Aileen Wuornos for Halloween. That's some kind of psychological state…
I wish I could go to Film Critic school. It would be insufferable AND amazing!
I have a working thesis that the Drake/Meek Mill feud and the Nicki/Taylor Swift feud are all related to the New Sincerity movement and its questions of authenticity buuut adding Miley Cyrus to the mix just gives it a wholly (instead of partially) inane dimension, as she is wont to do. I don't even find her to be…
It also had the most ostensibly 'queered' portrayal of Mercutio, and therefore best, so there's that.
The first two seasons were so good. It felt like watching real people with real problems. The further it got from that - with Peabody Ex Machinas and meta-movies and sensationalist trans pregnancy - the less it felt like it had a soul.
I was really expecting Jessa to say "I'm going to be a doula", not "I'm going to be a therapist". I don't have much experience with doulas, but she seems like she'd be a good one (I'd probably hire her or whatever). Conversely, you couldn't pay me to have her as my therapist.
I think Bluebell Poem is pretty, but this could be the same part of me that likes extravagant organic soaps and beeswax candles.
I'm just wondering if everyone is this creepily manipulative in real life? Like, do I just have really chill friends or do I have friends that I should trust less? I have a terrible habit of taking people at face value.
