what if alone, unstructured time just gets you mellow and anxious. perhaps a faze I need to work through.  i may be stressed out in general, but having such unstructured time generally doesn’t do anything for me if I’m truthful - I just end up thinking to much (and that is always a mistake...for me anyway).  At least

its just laziness - they don’t care and don’t want to cater to veggies...since the demographics mean the veg voice doesn’t matter.

depends on if I see it as a thing existing outside of meat. I don’t see any need for something dressed like a turkey for example, but I have nothing against a good veggie burger. Also, if it isn’t made of meat itself, there isn’t anything inherently gross about it. who cares about the shape etc.

agreed - though I would say Tofurkey itself is useless (ie - shaped like a Thanksgiving Turkey)...but the company makes some good deli slices and sausages....and those taste pretty good on their own.  I think its an individual taste thing.  is it trying to recreate a sausage? yeah. but is it its own thing? yeah. 

I actually don’t mind it being called steak - but I don’t want that on the menu as my vegetarian option where it actually is supposed to take the place of a real stake.  yeah, arrange it as part of a complete meal and then I’m fine.

I agree about the fake chicken nuggets etc. I don’t like processed food anyway, if I can help it, so I wouldn’t like real chicken nuggets for much the same reason. but I don’t think it is wrong to use some of the techniques or preparation methods for veggies. like I think “pulled pork” jackfruit is delicious. people

I don’t eat meat mainly because I think it is gross. sorry. I also think it is unethical and agree w/ the environmental issues...but if you were to break it down to one overriding reason, it is the grossness. yeah but so-called nut cheese or veggie meat (like wheat gluten and soy nuggets...even tofu) have a long storied asian history - and they are awesome all on their own. I wouldn’t lump them in the wagon of fake meat, even though they are being marketed that way.  and I don’t like them as substitutes for a regular meat

veg here and I agree. I don’t think vegetables work well in the way that european and other western cooks try to force it into (the concept of a main dish and sides). I think asian/indian cuisines treat veggies way better, as part of a overall balanced dish. that said, I think sliced and well caramelized cauliflower

I used Amazon - so much easier.  I do like browsing asian, indian, and other ethnic stores though.  but on amazon I was able to lock it in w/o worry.

I prefer to only Lease cars. They all break down after a while. I’d rather just have the nice hassle free part. For ownership, I’d do a CPO or investigated purchase of a used car that checks out and if it is a nice little treasured indulgence you will keep forever.
