A beefier engine would have made it a real contender, I think! If I’m not mistaken it only had around 155 lb-ft of torque, which means you just have to keep it up in the RPM stratosphere to get any kind of power out of it. I get that it’s a rotary, but it just felt like it didn’t have any grunt. I took it up some

I wanted to like it way more than I did. I’ve owned 3 Rx-7s, and the RX-8 came out right after my daughter was born and it seemed like the perfect compromise since her car seat fit perfectly in the back. Handling was absolutely fantastic, but it was totally the wrong engine for that chassis. A friend who worked for

IIRC they underrated the 4.0 SOHC at 205hp (V8 was 215hp). Had one in a USDA fleet truck. Peppy indeed. Unfortunately they tend to start having timing chain issues as they get up to this mileage, and one of the chains is on the back of the motor.  4.0 SOHC is a cheap-ed out OHC upgrade on the old 4.0 OHV Cologne.

Oh, that’s not the worst part of the visors. Those perforated plastic sheets are lodged in a two-part plastic shell. If you flip the visor enough times, the snaps in the shell start to break, and eventually the whole visor will fall apart.

I have spoken up.

GONNA FUCK NATURE WITH MY BIG V8 DICK

We had hybrid manuals, no one bought them.

Where does Rimac get its money? Developing an EV is capital-intensive on its own and buying a single Bugatti, let alone the entire brand, is not a cheap proposition.

Dude, unless you’re in love with the S2000 consider a Solstice GXP or Sky Redline. I bought a low mileage (30k) 2008 Florida car for $12k. It outperforms the S2000 pretty much in every way. Unless you want a track car, Then s2000 is your best bet (but only because it has factory roll protection, a Sky is still faster,

66GB Update incoming for XBOX!! Woo hoo

No, I’d rather buy a 2008 Saturn Sky Redline for about the same price.

People do not disappear when June ends.

Well, it’s not so much that you *can’t* merge with less than 250 horsepower, it’s just that you have to do more math to figure it out, like taking into account your torque ratios.

Volts are pretty good, yo.

Never, ever use this slide-show format again.

“Hans, I vas styling der neiu Kampfwagen prototype but all I had vas a ruler.”

Nope, fuck your slideshow. Did not read.
