I teach outrigger canoe paddling to 10 and under girls on Kauai. About half Hawaiian and half Haole. I love this age because they’re still happy and not chasing a Kardashian. If you start at this age, you’re much more likely to build long-term desires to exercise and cooperate

This is funny. I don’t drink much soda, but I have grabbed Coke Zero out of the cooler at the front of the hardware store a few times. The can looks cool and catches my eye. I don’t even think they have Diet Coke, I’ll have to check next time. Will report back with taste test results.
