Man, that's a setup for a post-apocalypse movie/series right there.
It always bugs me when they make Ned Flanders a huge asshole, because it totally ruins the whole joke of Homer hating him so much when he’s basically really nice, and spoils the underlying point that Homer hates him BECAUSE he’s really nice, which makes Homer feel like an asshole by comparison.
Watching Beastars on Netflix and trying not to get too bummed out that Anime Boston got cancelled. Ordered a figure that I probably would have bought there, with tax return money that was put aside to spend there to help in that regard, but it's not quite working. Oh well!
The DVD collections of the old B&W Popeye cartoons basically have that same Looney Tunes one.

Considering that it was ALSO just as likely that the next Thor movie might have had them split up in the time that passes between the two movies, I wasn't going to assume anything.
I also liked Steven's line about Connie's friends: "If they were enemy Gems, they'd be my friends by now."
And then Bismuth totally pushed him!
I wasn’t expecting Bismuth/Pearl, but thinking back to their interactions in earlier episodes, I can see it.
“It was ONLY a COUPLE of flipper babies!"
I've been playing fighting games for most of my life and I still appreciate those shortcuts since they allow me to actually do things like Ladiva's super, as I have never been able to do a double 360 on purpose.
