That’s because he hasn’t been defined yet. His opponents in the primary basically tried to ignore him and figured he’d eventually say something that would turn people off. It didn’t work. As soon as Sanders is out of the picture and the Democrats begin to unite you’ll see a shift.

Don’t forget he’s been accused of sexual assault twice. Clinton won’t bring that up herself but at some point a Democratic PAC or advocacy group will.

If Sanders would just concede and throw his support behind the nominee she’d be able to. Right now she’s going after Trump and has Trump and Sanders supporters going after her with the same exact shit.

Also don’t forget there were all those tapes leaked to the press of Lewinsky’s private phone conversations with Linda Tripp. Juxtapose those in which Lewinsky talks about having feeling for Bill Clinton with the President denying having sex with her and you can see where that quote from Hillary came from.
