I have a theory that Apple is the one blocking Amazon Prime from Apple TV. I think they’re doing it not because of Prime but because you can rent and buy movies from them and that’s directly in competition with the iTunes store.

Yes. Plenty of non- techy people have Netflix accounts so they’re aware you need a device or TV that can stream it. I would say on average people are probablu at least aware of things like the Roku, AppleTV and Chromecast. Where it would get confusing is what services are available on which devices.

I think it falls under sexual harassment.
