Worst detectives ever. Lily Rabe could be pulled up for obstruction of justice. And why was she left alone at the crime scene of the doctor's house, when there was already some suspicious in her hiding the evidence…not allowing her partner to post the artist's sketch, denying that she got a good look at her husband

Or are the citizens of WP the very same people who were killed by the bomber?

I'm hoping Timothy Olyphant shows up on Brooklyn 99 as the new captain, giving the character a douchy charm that Olyphant pulled off on The Office or Archer.

She gave new meaning to the term "prune face."

Your comments are hilarious.

I loved how Evans' widow stated his job was cutting grass, instead of dressing it up by saying he was a gardener. So, Pope gave him basically a job that teenagers do—showing how condescendingly disrespectful he was treated from the start.

I agree.

How in the world could you rate this an A-? This was probably the most unsatisfying episode that I have seen in the past three years. Lazy writing. I guess I don't like seeing the douchy side of Louis CK, but there was nothing here except pseudo-drama—OMG, I lost my luggage, but I can shrug at losing sight of a lost

So happy to see 251 comments here. While I don't usually read them all, I love the opinions and insights that this club's members share. This is one of my favorite shows, albeit in the top 15 or so (with my bad back and retired status, I discriminately watch a lot of TV), and it seems to be getting better every week.

Familiarity is something that many of us baby boomers like. While I don't like or watch the CSI or CVS shows on CBS, I would figure that they get ratings because of the familiarity of the plots and characters. I thought this episode was funny, and you are right—Ty Burrell in my opinion should win Emmys every year. And

This looks terrific. I would hope HBO would consider also doing a documentary, a la Ken Burns, regarding this amazing moustache, opps, I mean man, especially if it can be narrated by God, opps, I mean Morgan Freeman—if he ever gets out of that wormhole. Morgan is just the best, in my book.

But wouldn't Caitlin have know about both definitions?

Thank goodness, Barry made the decision that he did. Otherwise, he would have ended up in some elitist prep school singing for a glee club called The Warblers.

after the 30/30, why? Iverson was good, maybe great, but is he iconic? or just on the path well covered by other less iconic nba players these days, which makes them almost like clichés? racism is an important issue, but is Iverson the fulcrum that we need to discuss the issue?

Obviously, Cal from Agents of Shield.

the name always reminds me of that commercial where the dog worries about burying his bone

And finally, who was the hunk pilot that killed off the king? I didn't recognize him from previous episodes, but my memory is not the best.

Also, I mourn for all those puppies and kitties in Portland that will have to find a new veterinarian.

Great writng/analysis, Les. I know this is a low brow series, but it is brought to us by the great David Greenwal, SO, not so low brow. You have captured the essence in your reviews that makes me a fan boy…other notes, enjoyed seeing Rosalee and Monroe going all Cougar Town with their wine; great to see Bitsie killing

Didn't she do this in a 90's film, too?
