The child looks his age, the problem is white people refuse to acknowledge that they’re looking at children when they look at our children. The ADA defines service animals as dogs or miniature horses only, hence why one can go on a plane. Which seems odd in the grand scheme of things, but that’s how the federal law is defined.

It’s convenient that victim testimony magically stops counting as evidence whenever rape or sexual assault is involved. If a victim identifies the person who mugged them, that’s evidence. But if a victim identifies the person who sexually assaulted them, it’s a grossly unfair character smear that means nothing.

What kind of “hard evidence” does she want? DNA only proves sex happened, and if you’re the rapist, you just say it was consensual. If there is trauma to the body you say it was intense sex. It’s like they want someone in the room with a video tape - and even then they’d say there’s no way to know she wasn’t role…
