I didn’t start eating salads till this year (I’m 42). I came up with a spinach salad I like. Not sure if it already has a specific name. A handful of spinach, a small chopped chicken breast (boiled), raspberry vinegarette, and some feta.

Those MSF ribs are so so so good! My first job was at McDonalds and I was the one making the McRib. My manager always stressed how well they needed to be cooked because raw pork will kill you. I never ate a real McRib and the MSF ones are so good I will never bother.

I use cloud beats. It will link with Dropbox, Google drive, media fire and several other cloud sites. To download you have to get the pro version for $4 but it streams over cell and wifi well so unless you want the files offline you are set.
