ice cube was in 21 and 22 jump street, arguably the only good (i.e. rewatchable and eternal) american comedies of the past decade. he was an intensely key part of a lot of the sequel's best setpieces, and his sense of comic timing and delivery in those films is fucking unparalleled in its specificity.
